3mm do Kingsbury 2015

The annual Kingsbury meeting organised by Iain Stewart and the 3mm West Midlands Group took place yesterday. Although numbers were down on last year – plenty of money changed hands with the Society shop and second  hand in attendance

Woking group put an entry in for the Kingsbury trophy and I am pleased to say we won, although we were the only entry, it was decided that we be awarded the trophy.

Here are some photos of the winning entry

Member Roger Pells also brought along some of his rolling stock for display – first photos of his SECR stock

And just to show that we also recognise a certain railway from Swindon – his GWR stock

Overall a good day had by all – spent too much money but then when you model in a minority scale  you have to make hay whilst the sun shines.

Thanks to Iain for organising the event and Mr.P for driving.

Happy Modelling!
